Advancing neurosciences collaboration across Karnataka.

In the early 1980s, neurosciences practice in Karnataka was still concentrated in a handful of cities, with only a small community of specialists active in regular exchange.

That informal network grew from the Bangalore Neuro Club into the Bangalore Neurological Society in 1994, and later into a broader state-level vision as neuroscience practice spread across district centers.

Karnataka Neurosciences Academy was formally registered in 2010 to create a statewide forum for interaction, conferences, CME activity, and the long-term spread of neurosciences expertise across Karnataka.
